- 1 (21-ounce) can of strawberry pie filling
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- (Optional) powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9×13 baking pan with nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the angel food cake mix, strawberry pie filling, and vanilla extract. Stir until just incorporated and smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan in an even layer.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until slightly golden and a tester comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
