- 1 pound kielbasa, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Start by cutting the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Place the cut kielbasa in the crockpot and pour the sauce mixture over it. Stir well to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm as an appetizer with toothpicks.
Notes
For healthier alternatives, consider using lean turkey or chicken kielbasa and sugar-free barbecue sauce. Don’t forget to taste the sauce before mixing!
