Description

Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, flour, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped rhubarb.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden.
