Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, flour, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped rhubarb.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden.
- Allow pie to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
