- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs at room temperature

- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup M&Ms for Valentine’s Day
- Additional chocolate chips and M&Ms for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth.
- Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar, then mix together for 1-2 minutes until fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and kosher salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined with a few flour spots.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and Valentine’s M&Ms until evenly mixed.
- Spread the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Press a few extra M&Ms and chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan, then cut into squares and enjoy!
